tiff2fax - Convert TIFF to Fax

Create FAX files (TIFF class F)

tiff2fax converts standard image files as TIF, BMP, GIF, PNG and PCX to the TIFF-fax format (TIFF class F). Both, desktop- and batch mode are supported.

The created fax files fulfill the TIFF-F standard and have the following properties:

Tiff2Fax is available for Windows NT4.0, 2000, XP and 2003-Server. The languages english and german are supported.

Tiff2fax enables you to convert multiple files into the TIFF fax format. A desktop- as well as a commandline version is included. The 32bit batch version is controlled via the commandline and provides seamless integration into your applications. The desktop version provides easy handling and instant conversions. Just list up all your file using the included fast image browser and set the conversion properties. Save your fax into files or send them using your prefered EMail application.

Override for logical output resolution (cloak the used DPI inside TIFF - Tags)

Supported image input formats

Monochrome TIFF: okomprimerad, Pacbits, G3, G4, Huffman. JPEG-TIFF not supported.
Coloured TIFF: 24 bit RGB, 8bit palett, 8bit gråskala. Komprimering LZW och okomprimerad
