Document Management

Through small additional applications spool file can be saved directly in archiving systems. Selecting the right printer driver all usual formats as TIFF, PDF, PS or PCL can be supported.

Create Acrobat PDF documents

The spoolfile of a preconfigured standard PostScript printerdriver is saved by directMON NT and a PostScript to PDF converter is started automatically. Solution for the file formats PS (Postscript), EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) and PDF (Acrobat Reader).

Printer preview for PostScript printers

In the PostProcess of a PostScript - printjob a PostScript viewer can be started automatically. Edit, save and print the printer data in your prefered application.

Print-On-Demand

The printfiles saved by directMON NT can be easily reprinted, just by copying them to the printer interface. Use our tool directJOB in order to print spoolfiles. Because of format conversions are obsolete, the printout is executed with an extremly high speed.
