directMON NT
Windows Printer Redirector
With directMON NT printouts can be rerouted to files or to an optional program. The program establishes a new virtual printer port (terms: Print monitor, this is a connection similar LPT1:, COM1:, etc) and takes hand about the printout after the printer driver. The created spoolfile corresponds exactlily to the data sent to the printer.
directMON NT works entirelily independently of used printer drivers. In practice all outputs from Window printers and plotters can be used.
