directPRINT enables printouts of more than 30 image file formats e.g. Tiff, Gif, Bmp, Jpeg and Pcx on any Windows printer. Professional printouts are achieved using newest Anti-Aliasing technology and outmatches other commercial software in speed and quality.

Optimal printout quality together with stable system load

Professional Anti-Aliasing filter grants excellent printouts. directPRINT uses the newest and fastest filters available and is therefore suitable for large print volumes. The integrated spooling system of directPRINT takes care for stable system load under all circumstances, even in case of large or corrupted files.

Integration into Document-, Archive- or Plot Management Systems

The command line offers access to all features and parameters of directPRINT. It can be used on a workstation as a Drag & Drop Desktop printing box as well as a full integrated printing service of your document server. Integration into your existing DMS (Document Management System) or PMS (Plot Management System) is quite easy, because the program handles most cases automatically. In addition, you can create virtual printer definitions and save them in setup files. You can use these printer definitions in desktop or command line mode.

directPRINT is integrated into the Windows-Explorer. Just print via Drag & Drop or use the local menu of the document file.

Maps and technical drawings

directPRINT is one of the rare sort of programs, which supports printing using best-fit as well as original scaled. Printing maps, technical drawings or other 1:1 scaled documents directPRINT reaches printouts which are absolutely accurate to size.

Optional an additional scale factor enables printouts scaled by 2:1, 10:1 or any other factor.

Accurate Size Mode: In the accurate size mode the program compares the physical size of the document with the physical printer properties. This works well, if the document file contains parameters as resolution or physical size. In absence of such indications inside the document file (e.g. Bmp or Gif files), a user defined resolution can be used instead.

Free labels and watermarks

Create free text and image labels on your printout, even with dynamical text contents. With a small but effective macro language constant and dynamical text can be positioned freely on the page, considering even different page sizes. Use on any windows font effects as color, size, outlined characters, XOR-Merge and free rotation angle. Combine text with image stamps as you want. The Pro-Version supports free scaleable Windows Metafile formatted stamps (EMF) with dynamical text.
